THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS IS NOW CLOSED!
The maximum number of presentations any BCCE participant can give (as a first author) is 2. In other words, a participant can give 2 oral presentations OR 1 oral presentation and 1 poster OR 2 posters. However, no one can give more than 2 presentations as a first author/presenter (they can be co-authors on other presentations).Questions? Problems with the Abstract Submission service? To submit an abstract, click here and log in to the BCCE Abstract Submission System. (If you don't already have a Username and Password, you will need to create one.)
Posters should be submitted to the "General Posters" symposium.
Click on the name of the symposium to which you wish to submit an abstract. A list of available symposia titles and their abstracts can be found here.
Click on the "Submit Paper" link at the bottom of the screen and enter the information about your paper. Titles should be entered in sentence case (capitalize only the first letter of the title, any proper nouns or acronyms, and the first letter following a colon; do not end titles with a period). Abstracts should be 150 words or less.
Click the "Add" button to add a co-author (co-authors must have a Username and Password in the Abstract Submission System before they can be added to a paper; co-authors can be added to a submitted paper/abstract any time before the February 28, 2012, deadline).

All presenters, symposium organizers, symposium presiders, including invited speakers, must register for the 2012 BCCE and are responsible for their meeting registration fees, travel, food, and lodging unless otherwise notified.
