All exhibit booths have been reserved. If you would like to be placed on a wait list, in case any exhibit booths become available due to cancellation, please email Tracy Halmi. All other inquiries can be addressed to the general co-chairs, Dan Sykes and Sheryl Rummel, or the program co-chairs, MaryKay Orgill and Kent Crippen.
The 2012 BCCE will provide each booth with a basic set of materials:
- drapery booth with 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drapes
- one skirted 6' table, two chairs, vendor sign, and waste basket
- flooring material will consist of hardwood flooring
Each booth fee will include two (2) 2012 BCCE exhibitor's registration badges and program books/packets for employees of the exhibitor working at the booth.
Exhibitors needing additional items or materials other than those provided with the basic booth will need to contract with our exhibit vendor for those items at an additional expense. Penn State Expo is the official contractor for additional furniture, drayage, and labor for the conference.
Return Shipping Information: The return shipping address of the Hetzel Union Building (HUB) to use for pick-up of your materials AFTER the conference is: The Pennsylvania State University, HUB-Robeson Center, Pollock Road, University Park, PA 16802.

Vendor Commonly Asked Questions
Cancellations. After May 1, 2012, no booth fees will be refunded. If booth space is not occupied four (4) hours prior to the exhibit opening, the exhibit chair shall have the right to use the space at their discretion. No refund will be made in this case.
Accommodations & Travel. There are many lodging and travel options in the State College area.
