Approximately 1,500 participants are expected at the 2012 Biennial Conference on Chemical Education (BCCE) to be held at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania, on July 29-August 2, 2012. The BCCE is an official meeting of the Division of Chemical Education of the American Chemical Society. BCCE draws the most proactive educators responsible for purchasing products and services for their K-college chemistry classrooms and labs. The exhibition will provide your company with an opportunity to display your products to a group that is interested in improving their teaching of chemistry and providing effective learning opportunities for their students.
Exhibitors are an important part of the Biennial Conference on Chemical Education. We invite you to purchase a booth at the 2012 BCCE. The exhibits will be located in Alumni Hall of the HUB-Robeson Center located in the center of the Penn State University Park campus. The Exhibitors will be up-close and personal with the BCCE participants, as we are planning events and activities to draw participants into the exhibit hall. For example, beverages and refreshments for exhibitors and conference participants will be available during the morning and afternoon break periods in the HUB.

Each booth fee will include two (2) 2012 BCCE exhibitor's registration badges and program books/packets for employees of the exhibitor working at the booth. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for at the normal conference registration rate. However, please note that if an exhibitor is presenting more than one paper or a poster, he or she must register as a regular participant. You may have registered 2012 BCCE participants working in the booth. There are several casual spaces near the Alumni Hall for meetings with clients. A conference room will be available at $100/hour for companies wishing to meet with groups of BCCE participants. Conference partnerships at the Palladium, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze level include use of this conference room as a benefit and will have priority scheduling.
